Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks remain in their protective shrink wrap.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
